As part of our continuous improvement process, the switching infrastructure of our servers in London will undergo upgrading and post-maintenance.

The maintenance will commence this Saturday 02/11/2019 between 11:00 and 14:00 GMT. The process will require multiple reboots of our infrastructure, which will result in intermittent connectivity in LD4/LD5.

We assure you that regular service will resume as soon as the process is complete and that we will work to reduce the period of downtime if possible.
